Will Chrome Hubs fit Mefro wheels

As per title really, thinking about changing my very ratty and rusty 14" standard wheels to 15" mefros and was wondering if my very nice original chrome hubs and rings fit ?

I've just replaced my rusty 14" OE steel Winter wheels - I'm not running chrome hubcaps, but it's amazing what a difference a bit of powdercoating does
