Wheel alignment

It means that they have adjusted your tracking but left the caster and camber angles out if spec, and they didn't touch the rears at all.
Did you ask for the tracking to be done or did you ask for the wheel alignment to be done?

I asked for the wheel asking alignment to be done. They adjusted everY thing they could back, apparently.

things like worn bushes, track rod end, ball joints etc will have an effect on how much they will be able to adjust things as the slop in the bush/BJ/TRE may not allow the adjustment to be brought to in spec if they max out the adjustment, your rear camber is more at the degrees of what you would see on a race car, so your tyre wear is probably going to be wearing on the inside quicker.
