I started adding Flashban i had lying around to panelwork yesterday while i have the interior panels off and its made quite a difference, it takes out the worst of the reverb on big panels like the sliding door and rear quarters, will be doing the front doors and rear hatch next once i buy some more, takes out the tinny sound you get when you chap the panel, cant say what its like to drive after it as i've been working on the van since I've bought it, but you can tell a difference when you shut the door etc, you dont need to cover it 100 percent either, a good 60- 75%-ish makes quite a difference, just put it on and use a plastic roller to flatten it on
