Engine Number 1.6TD

Hi
I have just imported a T25 multivan approx.1989 manufacture and I am having difficulty reading the engine number for the DVLA form.
The code that I can make out is as follows
JX001 12+ xx
The second zero might be a 6
The mark after the 2 is distinct but doesn't appear to be a number
The last 2 crosses are faint
Any help would be much appreciated
