1981 Danbury rotating buddy seat

Hi all,
I have recently bought a 1981 Danbury it came with the buddy seat which can face either to the front or the back but didn't have the base it sits on. Does anyone have this buddy seat in there van? I need a pic of the box and bracket it sits on so I can build another one. Any help would really be appreciated.
