None-factory fitted sliding door window question

OK,
Our van is a panel to camper conversion,
While driving, the window in the sliding door seems to move around enough to make an annoying flapping noise
if the window has pressure applied by a passenger, the movement and noise stops; so I'm assuming the rubber is flexing,
What is available to pack between the inner and outer skins of the sliding door, to help reduce or eliminate this movement?
It's currently get a trim, lining the inner skins rough edges.
Any tips or suggestions will be most helpful.
