I have just got some 18ich size wheels for my t25 what size spacers do I need and do I need some for the back as well as the front ??? ???

the rim diameter has no bearing on whether you need spacers or how "thick" they need to be.
you need to find out the ET or offset of your wheels...and the rim width to complete the picture...assuming the PCD is 112.
do you have longer studs fitted to the rear....as generally they are not long enough to accommodate the thicker wall of an alloy.
its a real minefield imo until you completely get your head around it.(which I haven't yet)
not many wheels fall into the "bolt straight on" catagory

You may have to extend the sliding door bracket as well,in order for it to clear the rear tyre.
