Will 16inch Pentas fit my van

Post by Gary.pb »

I have seen a nice set of Pentas for sale with load rated tyres etc and was wandering if they would fit my van. Unfortunately I know next to nothing about wheel options and what will/wont fit. Not sure if it is relevant but the van is lowered approx 40mm

This is what is stamped on the wheels Penta, 8J 16H2, P1680 and e11

^^^^^^^^^^^ mine in the previous post, are Ronal amg 7.5x16H2 et42' I needed 15mm spacers on the front, so did the same on the rear to keep the same, longer studs on rear, plus longer stud conversion on the front, then fitted these van rated tyres, to keep the rolling circumference the same as the original steels !

cheers for that. To be honest I wasn't looking for wheels as such, I just saw them and thought they would look great on my van. You have actually done me a favour by saying they wont fit and taken away the temptation (and a lot of explaining to the Mrs's) :ok :ok

Thanks, I was damned lucky tbh, someone gave me three different sets of alloys for scrap, amongst them were this set of five pentas, so I refurb end them myself, cost me a set of load rated tyres & a stud kit !! Well happy

You jammy git :D you did a good job on the refurb, they look like they have come up really nice. Unfortunately I'm never that lucky. I'm definitely going to keep an eye out for some though.
