Bulldog BW Steering lock

Apologies if it's been done before.

I have a "non power assisted" steering wheel. Looking at the Bulldog BW steering lock systems, but need to know which model.

I understand they do a BW 500, BW600 or BW 800.

Any ideas on which size I require, plus are they any good ?

I have a bulldog steering lock.

They are bomb-proof.

I went for the one recommended for a mobile home, & i could have gone for the size below. But it works.

If a determined thief decides he is having your van then NOTHING YOU CAN DO will stop him. All you can hope to do is to delay the thief long enough to call out the police or if he is just an opportunist, persuade him that somebody else's van would be easier to nick (ie - one without an alarm / immobiliser / tracker / bulldog steering lock / locking posts on your driveway and the 1001 other theft deterrents on the market.)
When this topic rolls around as it does from time to time, one particular member (who is-only-a-mechanic-so-what-would-he-know {Hi, James } ) usually warns people that he, as a mechanic who often has to let locked out people back into their cars can easily remove even a Disclock in about 20 seconds flat. If an honest tradesman like him can do that, then so can a practised thief.

Slow them down and make it as difficult for the thief as possible is all you can really do.

then they would also have to get past the immobiliser to the TDI engine and at home the Bulldog Titan wheelclamp. I have the steering wheel lock as an added deterrent when I am put and about. Like said above, if they really want it, they will have it.

From the bulldog website iirc the standard steering wheel is 450mm

BW500 - Cars (inside diameter of the steering wheel rim. Min 285mm - Max 365mm approx.) 3.9kg
(Overall Length 630mm).
BW600 - Motor Homes, Vans and Light Commercials. (Inside diameter of the steering wheel rim. Min 320-
Max 400mm approx) 4.1 kg (Overall Length 780mm)
BW800 - HGV (inside diameter of steering wheel rim. Min 360mm - Max 440mm approx) 4.1kg
(overall Length 780mm).
