195/70 r15 reinforced correct psi please
Hi
I have had these put on all corners of my watercooled Autosleeper. National tyre inflated them all to 29 psi, I have now topped the rears to 37. CAN anyone advise correct pressure for front and rears? thanks

185/70/15's are car tyres and not suitable for a 2 ton van.

Ahhh that's better.
50psi according to VW for a T4 with that size tyre fitted.

Thansk. Although the tyres are listed as Cargo their maximum psi is only 51 so I'd better go a bit lower.

I have them on mine and have 47 at the front and 51 on the rear.

What's that got to do with a T3?g60steve wrote:Ahhh that's better.

Because they're fitted to a T3 and a T3 Autosleeper weighs near enough the same(unladen and laden) as a T4.
195/70/15C's were never fitted to a T3 so there's no info for that size tyre on a T3....but they are fitted on a T4 hence me stating 50psi.
Ok?

Even car tyres are inflated to 32-34psi!
Oh and they're not alone.....someone bought some alloys off me recently and he's worked for Kwik Fit for quite a few years......I had to explain to him what ET/Offset means.

No surprise there. Increased pressures all round last night, weirdly National Tyres had inflated the fronts inflated to 39psi and the rears to only 29psi!
