I'm afraid not. I snapped that wagon at the Abenteuer & Allrad Show in Bad Kissingen, Germany in June ... see 7-10 June 2012 http://www.4x4calendar.co.uk/show.php?y=2012" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; I was an excellent show, thoroughly recommended.

Here are two more photos from that event. I realise this isn't a Land Rover forum, but you have to admit they make good use of their vehicles - that's a proper beer pump at the rear, non-driving end of the Landy, with the barrel lurking under the bonnet ... or should I say 'boot'.

Considering it's a stone throw away from us it would be rude if we didn't come.

What are you looking for in the club display, Alistair?

Sorry for slight hijack but.......

We keep hearing about how vehicle regs are going to hell in a hand-cart, and how we'll all end up with super strict German MOT tests & vehicle licensing....... So how the hell does this have a number-plate? :?

Chassis construction, if they built it on a LWB like a 127" or 130" single cab then it's only modifications to the rear body, which is a bolt-on. The lights are correct so why shouldn't it pass?

Yeah, looked at booking form.
£10 for Sat admission per person
£10 for Sun admission per person
£10 for Fri camp
£10 for Sat camp

£60 for the weekend for 2 people?
30% discount is for booking prior to 1st March

Is this full price now?

Okay, when I first posted about ADVENTURE OVERLAND it was 3rd August - "One final but important point, should any owners of VW campervans wish to camp at ADVENTURE OVERLAND, they will receive an automatic 30% advance-booking discount if booked before 1st September 2012."

I would have thought nearly a month was going to okay, but one thing I didn't take into account was that (a) members of other clubs had a lot longer to either book and budget for a weekend in October, and (b) Club 80-90 members could well have been away on holiday and have only just found out about the show. Taking all this into account, upon reflection maybe 4 weeks wasn't really long enough.

Tell you what, as I want to see a good display of Syncros at Whilton Mill (both to show 'our crowd' there are other 4x4s around apart from Land Rovers, and to show you there is another world out there apart from VW rallies), I will extend the -30% deadline to 20th September, that way you now stand a fighting chance. After this it's going to have to be full price, otherwise it will be unfair to everyone else.

So, this means the £60 you quoted minus 30% is now £42 ... better?
