CS1.6 T25 won't start..why?

CS1.6 T25 won't start..why?

Hi back again after over a year.

Its been getting more smokey over the last year or so and sometimes difficult to start.
Now it won't start at all, not even with easy start.
Just turns over and smokes but nothing.

Any bright ideas?
