Fuel pressure

So I’ve been having problems with what seems like fuel starvation so fitted a new regulator with a gauge - what pressure should I be getting and does it matter about at start up and warm or should pressure remain constant below is what I’m getting - but I haven’t tried to adjust the regulator.
