Hello folks. want some advice please. Need to replace two tyres on my standard 1990 Holdsworth camper currently running: LVR185 R14C 102/100R
questions:
1. what makes would people recommend (for best all round performance, handling, longevity etc)
2. where to get them from, I have a local garage that can fit them

Re: replacing tyres
Buy the best you can afford, I'd also recommend having the fitter supply the tyres.
Maxxi and continental are very decent alternatives to costly major brands.

Re: replacing tyres
Compare noise (dB), wet braking and rolling resistance against price.
GT Radial make a decent tyre for the money (PRC...) Falken are also worth a look in the middle price bracket (Japanese brand, mostly made in Thailand)
