Wheel colour
I've got an auto sleeper in l90d and maroon stripes. My wheels look shabby and need a refurb. It crossed my mind to match the wheels to the stripe. What do you think, never seen it done but that could be because it will look rubbish. There's a good chance that I'm going to sell I'm going to miss the summer camping. They're penta in style so maroon, white or standard silver-what do you reckon?

Re: Wheel colour
We galvanised and then powdercoated our wheels with RAL 9006 White Aluminium. It's not really intended as a decorative finish since it is based on aluminium particles in a binder, and so the tolerance of the final appearance cannot be controlled tightly enough to allow proper colour matching, but it's got a bit more life than a flat grey and it's a little bit more understated than any of the silver metallics.

Re: Wheel colour
Hopefully they have the correct 5 x 112 bolt holes and not four like the ones pictured.

They’re sprayed mate - Can’t remember what colour now, but also decided to go with a painted lip in silver instead of polished.
That picture is 3 years after i got them refurbed - I use Sonax wheel sealant which stops the brake dust eating into the paint.
