Seat hinge cover (no idea really) needed.
OK I have no idea what to call it but have had a long search on Brickwerks and cannot find it. It fits over the bit on the seats where they hinge. I have put a photo of what it looks like next to the one I am missing.
Any pointers and I would be grateful.

Took mine off because they keep falling off which is why so many are missing, looks fine without one.

True but I was buying a few odds and ends like bolt covers etc and thought why not.itchyfeet wrote:Took mine off because they keep falling off which is why so many are missing, looks fine without one.

The hinge covers are available again as a reproduction part , left and right differ in design and they don't just fall off unless they are damaged, sometimes by the way they are removed.

Hi
I have the same problem (along with lots of other elderly fragile plastic bits that have fallen off our Vanagon). There are usually most of these bits on the samba website- some sellers will post to the UK
