Nothing in Haynes. So inlet manifold insulation spacer to heads with additional paper gasket not shown. Which one on top please?

place ot on head it will be clear which way its not symmetrical
and wrong gasket need thin one

Whats it for? Aircooled perhaps? In a pack of loads of associated gaskets. I have thin ones too.

its for a 2.1 injection manufold I assume to insulate heat and keep injectors cool
you are using carb so you want the thin one only for a DG, DF gaskets in kits too but smaller ports.
either way up but need to rotate so it aligns with head ports, I have made that mistake

if you tried to fit the spacers on a DG manufold bolts would not align

Your (& many of the other experienced guys on here) input is always greatly appreciated to us less experienced guys - helps keep us sane & on track many times.
Might be an idea to have a "beer drop off point" at 80-90 club camping pitches at shows - us greatful guys can place some there as a thank you - i'm sure they won't go to waste
