Clutch Slave. Mine seems to have a transparent flexible hose stuffed in it and I'm wondering if I need a flaring tool if I am to swap it back to rigid line. Ponder...

Brown/Black
Black
.
Thermoswitch (Thanks)

Green/Black
Yellow
Connectorised
.
Turn Signals? Its the only green I can see in Bentley which isn't coil? This connectorised wire does not reach the low pressure switch. Too short.

Yellow
Brown
.
Pressure switches? Low & High but its always been a 1,9 DG so not sure as it wouldn't have had a high pressure switch. Brown is earth normally, maybe that's it.

Getting ahead of myself but this stuff looks awesome. Tint-able to a colour code too.

oil pressure switch wires stop at the connector by the thermostat housing and then are brown high temp over the engine to the switches. Mine are spades because I cut that connector off as it was corroded.

al llate vans had high pressure switches, if you fit an early engine you need to ground the high pressure sw wire

Got the clutch slave on and ready = zero fun, that was! I see why the bracket mod or nut weld is required now. Ended up pushing the two bolts up from the bottom and had the nuts on top.

Stuck a battery on it today, got handbrake light, headlamps, indicators, fog lamp. No rear lights...probably bulbs required.

I'll finish the wiring, pull the spark plugs and see if I can get the oil pressure light to go out.

Then see if I can pull some fuel up, probably drop 10ml in the Venturi too and see if it fires.

temp 2 is for injection, not thermoswitch

I'm wondering if this was originally a fuel injected?

Electrickery Update

1. Wilbur lent me a battery so I have removed spark plugs and the engine turns ok.
2. Opened the black box in the engine bay and found the blue/black wire on Pin 1 of T7. Traced it back and it does end up as the green/black wire. So I have found the low pressure switch wire; hooked it up and grounded the yellow wire too.
3. No oil pressure light on dash centre binnacle, released I have no other lights either and found the 14 pin white connector on back of binnacle is not staying in. Held it in by hand for now and have a battery light, it's not much...but a small win never the less.

4. However, when indicators are turned on oil light flashes?! bizarre. :?

Once I solve this I can use the oil pressure light to see if I have oil pressure before firing.

Check earth crowns

You will need to fill the oil filter to have any chance of getting oil pressure by cranking

Shows a 'project' probably isn't a cheap way to buy a T25
