Exhaust back box - diesel/petrol does it matter?

Big lumps of metals and spanners. Including servicing and fluids.

Exhaust back box - diesel/petrol does it matter?

Post by Jonnyb416 »

Hi All,

I have been given a stainless steel exhaust back box, think it was off a Range Rover. Mate of mine was talking about buying some stainless tubing and making a new Stainless exhaust for my 1Y Diesel engine.

We aren’t sure exactly what it’s off. Can anybody please tell me if it will matter if the exhaust was originally a petrol back box?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks, Jon.
