Rear Lights Upgrade
Has anyone upgraded their rear lights to led bulbs? If so what did you go for?

Re: Rear Lights Upgrade
I haven't, I'd be concerned about dazzling folk behind me if I got it wrong.

Re: Rear Lights Upgrade
I was the one who fitted LED panels. No dazzle, just matches modern lights. However, Hella ones can't be converted this way - ULO ones can with ease. They still work perfectly and been through two MOTs
Unfortunately a photo doesn't help. You really have to see them in the flesh to appreciate how well they work. The alternative is LED bulbs but I didn't like them and tried several different types.

Re: Rear Lights Upgrade
Thanks for the input, I've seen the cvc ones, I followed a t25 back from the m25 heading south a while back which prompted my question. In the dusk I was impressed by his rear lights being nice and bright. Friendly chap gave a cheery wave as he headed off near burgess hill.

Re: Rear Lights Upgrade
I bought expensive led reversing bulbs ( I reverse out off my drive and it's a green lane without any street lighting) as recommended by someone that had been using them for over 3 years in their van. They perform excellantly.
Why would the glass be anything other than half full?
