Drove to work this morning not very far got out of the bus and can smell fuel there's no leaks from what I can see
Is it common for any breather pipes to split ??

Good chance its the breathers especially if the smell gets worse after had braking or cornering.

Ok lovely so best to check the ones in the wheel arches first smells worse on the drivers front

I found it hole in the fuel tank just below the coolant pipes

Tank removal/refitting is fairly quick, you just need to read the wiki for the tips on fitting
Cheer up chap, your interior will come soon enough, A T25 is for life not just for the summer
