If its your first post you'll do better creating a new thread with "what tyre pressures" than just tagging on to this thread.

if you use the tyre size calculator at the bottom of here:
http://www.brick-yard.co.uk/VehicleSpec ... ltwhls.htm, you can work out your prospective new size, against what you have fitted. I have gone for something 27" tall (stock 14s are 25.75"), covkid slightly taller.. dont go bigger than that. or too wide. mine are 215 wide, and i doubt you need anything wider than that.. hope that helps

Re: Mercedes Steels
Ha ha never thought of the hot wheels thing. Just need to get some flames down the side. We have made it to near Condom France and , so far, only the sink tap is playing up, wheels stayed on and performing well.
One good thing about reducing the offset is that the tendancy to go in a straight line has a stabilising effect. But would be, is, difficult without the power steering.
Wheels are AUDI A4 16 Inch with 215 65 Minerva SUVs both doing well in this 36 degree heat.

Re: Mercedes Steels
Been offered a set of 15" Merc steels at a ridiculously cheap price,... only slight concern I have is they are ET37, is this too much? Frankly I am going to get them anyway as at the price quoted I can't lose, but would be good to know any issues. Many thanks.

Re: Mercedes Steels
The 37et rears should fit fine. Mine are 16" 37et on the back with no mods. Fronts I don't know. I have 32et on the front, again 16" though. Hope that helps!

Re: Mercedes Steels
Mine are 25 offset and have no issues. They don't need spacers either.

Hi correct me if I am wrong I have been considering buying the Mercedes 16 inch but through reading this thread I have conflicting info on ET "slowcoach the pics show clearly ET31" but you mention here they are ET32 and ET37 can you confirm the exact ET so I don't order wrong rims
