not me, the other lloydie :lol:

what wheels and tyre size have you got? if you fit spacers to the wheels you will need longer studs, so hubs have to come off and new studs pressed in.
if you have 15" merc steels and the usual bfg's 215/70/15 they shouldnt rub

Thanks mate, that was right confusing talking to the other Lloydy too. I think I have Passat wheels, they are vw anyway so might be a bit wider, and yes 215 BFg's. I had 195 MT's on and they guy at blackcircles said they would fit based on that. he was wrong it seems! They are not really bad but do need spacers.

Sounds like a bit of a mission removing hubs. So I am back to bolt on spacers it seems.... Can you recommend me any?

brickwerks sell some
http://www.brickwerks.co.uk/shop?page=s ... rd=spacers" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

you really shouldn't need them though with the 215 size unless you have a really bad ET on the wheel

Thanks. There is definite chaffing on the inside of the rears and slight rubbing of the break hose on the front when lock is on. I'd be interested to see what you think at the weekend if that's ok?

I did see those brickswerks ones but I'll avoid the cost if i can.
