Adventure Overland Food Theme

Post by JustSharon »

Dear all

In keeping with the conviviality of our group attended meets the food theme will be BBQ.

Obviously sausages and burgers but do you have a BBQ speciality to share?
Sides and scrumptious puds aswell!

Please post up to avoid multiple offerings of charred sausages and burgers.
It's all the little moments in life that make it a big adventure.

Not got a clue atm. Probably protein heavy and hearty to keep the damp out at this rate!
First day of autumn and just look at it...

Slightly random accompaniment, but I could make some Bombay potatoes.
Nice with a burger/sausage.

Sorry for slow reply guys. I'll try and get my hands on 60 or 70 chicken wings and get a spicy marinade on them. Nothing like good messy and sticky chicken wings with a cold beer :D

Purchased a nice bit of "Picanha" salt & pepper rump, should go well on the Cobb and slice up a treat.
Sharp tools packed!
