Yes Syncronauts have booked a stand and as Max says club camping is supposed to be behind the stand.

Thanks Jenny, maybe I missed this information previously. Still a bit unsure about the setup though, on the event website its quite clear the general camping area is separate and distinct from the trading/exhibitor area.

When making the booking for an exhibitor stand for Syncronauts, was it made clear how many vehicles/camping units were included in that booking ? I don't want to book/pay for a camping space unless I have to, neither do I want to book a space in the camping area if the Syncro massive are all camped up in the exhibitor area.

From their website http://www.adventureoverlandshow.com/#/clubs/4557721947" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;:

Because of the layout at Stratford Racecourse, it is possible for club members to pitch their
caravans or tents directly behind their Club Display Stand - the idea being that instead of being
scattered all over the site, club members can all be together

Of course you will need to have bought a camping ticket.

I cant remember where i heard or read that, but you are not allowed to display unless you are above 3.5Ton . So basically vehicle that need a lorry licence i guess. i might be just speculating too ...

No, they aren't displaying their vans just camping... but people will no doubt be wandering around amongst them.

Any more events planned for this year? I know it's getting colder, but that Overland Adventure Show has given me a taste for it. Or do things grind to a halt during the winter?
