Spares and tools to carry?

Post by Nij »

Ok, back in the good old days I had a Porsche 924. I used to carry a few 'essential spares' and tools.

I just wondered if you guys carried any essential stuff in your vans?

Anything from a screwdriver and spare fan belt upwards, but if you got one of the "elder" VW's, sometimes an extra engine is necessary;

I carry my whole toolbox in the van - otherwise I know sod's law will decree that the one tool I need is something I left behind.

It's a big wiki, so easy to miss stuff. Having said that, you've been here a couple of weeks so should have memorised the entire wiki by now! :wink: :lol:
