any idea where I can buy a new carburettor gasket

Post by amoore77uk »

hi

i am just about to re-connect my piersburg 2e carburettor to the manifold

and i realised that i probably need to replace the current gasket - so does anyone know where to get a carburettor to manifold gasket

i have tried Brickweks no joy... and don't think JK do them

my vans a 1988, 1917cc

if they are not availabe - does anyone know if there is one that is easy to adapt.

THANKS DARREN

I make nearly all my own - just get a few sheets of gasket material, scissors/scalpel, hole punch and you are done.
Gasket material like this starter pack
1.6D 2019 VW T-Cross
200hp VW T6
1̶Y̶ ̶1̶9̶8̶7̶ ̶H̶i̶-̶t̶o̶p̶ ̶C̶a̶r̶a̶v̶e̶l̶l̶e̶
