Winter camper care

This is my first winter with my first camper and I'm wondering what care 'actions' I should be taking to look after 'her' (Sybl) over winter. I don't have a garage and park on street. What care do you 'old hands' take of your vans over winter please?

A good carnauba waxing is the best thing you can do for your van.And drive it regulary. They dont like being stood.

Also, the consensus view is that you shouldn't use a cover.

I'll second both of those. Also, pro-active rust prevention, dinitrol ML in the cavities etc, oiling/greasing hinges/locks etc. is always good :)

Thanks all. I had left her a while so she did grumble a bit about starting, but did - phew ! And we've been shopping locally a few times, so all sweet at the moment. I did lubricate the locks, so they work nice/more smoothly now, and I found an Autoglym 'wash & protect kit' that had carnauba wax in ! A caravan owner also pointed me in the direction of a wash for my high top - Fenwick's Motorhome cleaner, followed by their 'Over Wintering' protective liquid. A mammoth day at the 'coalface' of cleaning, but she looked grand after. :D
