How do you identify which model of T25 you have?

Hi All
So far you have all helped me identify the fact I have a water cooled T25 (I thought it was air cooled), how do I tell what model it actually is, I get confused with all the different types out there? I know it's not an original conversion and looks like an old custom interior but I'd like to get to know my van a bit better hence why I'm asking.
Hopefully you have some good tips, I've been looking at

Yes, get some pics up
Layout, cupboard style, roof etc will tell a tale.

Start with the "white sticker" below the dash (on the crash beam, about knee height) which will tell you quite a lot, the VIN plate will also tell a tale.

loose the fuel filter i engine bay
fire hazard with a hot engine.

Looks like a home brew/diy interior with a Sheldon roof. Does it have a night heater?
Does the dh on the vin plate represent the engine code?
Also not a good idea to have a fuel filter in the engine bay, should be after the petrol tank.

You don't need instructions on how to remove a fuel filter surely.
Is there instructions anywhere?
