Hi All, the plastic cover that sits in front of the gearstick that hides the air blower duct outlets keeps falling off. Can anyone please tell me how these should stay in place and any tips if you’ve modified yours to stay in place?
Mine has just pushed in place for years but since I’ve been fitting 12v and USB charging points up front I’ve obviously dislodged something.
My van is a basic 1982 diesel panel van.
Any help appreciated. Cheers, Jon.

Should slide in on small 'runners', make sure you've located the grooves properly and not just slid it on underneath them.

Now then, I seem to remember seeing those sometime ago. Hopefully should be a quick fix. Thank you very much for the image bigherb.

Hi
Is there a knack to getting this panel off ? If its got lockinging tabs do I need to press these in and pull for example ?
Just dont want to snap or break anything.
Cheers

Yes pull the panel where the clips are towards the sides of the van to release them.

Well it's all clipped securely in place. I've always just loosely pushed it on. Cheers all. Jon.
