Depends to some extent on the weight of your vehicle and the inclination of the roads, you won't do lots of mileage at a constant 60mph without some hills

I'd say 20-25mph

Depends on the comedian who rebuilt the engine and the proportion of recycled parts therein.
(No offence meant to diy-ers)

my guess as you are asking is the new engine is not as good as you thought it would be?

poor mpg can be caused by a badly set up or faulty ignition or carb both of which would have been swapped over to the new engine.

Ditto
16-26 road/speed/weight dependant

Although I did a test once.
I ran out of petrol.
Flicked it on to LPG
Drove to a garage put 4.5 litres in
Then drove it down the A38 which is flat for miles at a constant 55 mph then turned it on to petrol.

I travelled 31 miles before it ran out

I monitored my WBX quite closely when I bought it (DF/DG hybrid). Generally 22-24 mpg for me on decent runs. I'm not generally an economy merchant, but the T25 is so relaxing to drive :)
