Fitting table base.

Has anyone fitted their own table base between the seats?
It was easy enough to fit the rear one as I could see where i was drilling.
But under the floor between the seats is cluttered with pipes/crossmembers etc.
Also how did you screw it down? it's just thin steel under there, no wooden floor.

There is one in my van fitted by holdsworth
my guess is they didn't drop the tank
drill carefully with a hole saw you can drill a pilot hole and then use a short stud in place of a drill to limit chances of the drill damaging anything.
Self tappers into steel are plenty

Need a pic?

Aye, if you could post a pic showing where yours is so i know where to drill to be safe that'd be great, cheers.
Countersunk self tappers on order. :ok
