Sloped Drive

Post by flyingfalcon »

Hey,

At the moment we are parking our T25 on the street but we're looking at getting our drive done so we can park on the drive instead.

The only issue is our drive is on quite a slope.

Could parking the van on a slope long term cause problems?

Realistically the vehicle will get used 10 or so times a year at most so will spend more time on the drive than not, so I am not sure if this could cause us any issues.

Also is there a way around that is best i.e. engine at the bottom of the slope or not?

thanks
John

You could use chocks and/or leave it in gear I suppose. How steep is steep?
If you park it engine up it might make bleeding the coolant system a bit easier :)
