High Top 'car port'

Post by 100leelee »

Hi,
Have a leisuredrive high roof on my bus.. just starting some bodywork and wondered if anyone can recommend a portable gazebo type thing that my high top will fit into??
There are a few on eBay, but none look tall enough..?
Cheers

When I built my car port I made telescopic legs so that I could raise it for work on the camper and lower it gor general use (So as not to upset the neighbours.
Maybe you could consider something along these lines.

Gala Tent do portable car ports - around £200. They have some huge ones. Depends how much room you have!

I had a look at their 3mx6m and 4mx6m ones for my Autosleeper hightop (it's just shy of 2.7m high). They don't mention height on the website so I gave them a call; both these sizes are 3.1m at the apex and 2m at the wall/edge. I reckon it'd fit under the 4m wide one but I'd have to raise the legs of the 3m one by a foot or so

Yes, bought a used one from eBay, each leg now sites on 3 breeze blocks fastened together, the legs bolted to the top one, looks ok for the time it will be up. Decent quality frame, strong plastic cover..
Does the job..,
