What wheels are these?

Post by hex »

I would really love to find the centre caps to my wheels, does anyone know what they are?, if I remember right the centres are 14cm wide.

  haha point taken

What I mean was the spokes that radiate from the centre, the merc ones are quite square with sharp angles, these are much rounder to the outer circumference of the wheel...

Could be TSW - are there any casting marks either where the centre should sit of on the back surface of one of the spokes?

Cancel last!!!

I just found an old post from a breakers, they have “audit 80 1998 TSW stealth wheels” that are a dead ringer for my ones...maybe they are a uncommon tsw stealth after all.

I think there were a few slight variations of the stealth over the years - these were probably originally for a merc as already suggested.

There will be some markings on the rims somewhere, at least an ET and usually rim width and profile type ie 6j

A quick look suggests centre caps could be just as much as a cheap second hand set of wheels!

E D I T - 14" stealths did not have centre caps, 15" and above did. Can't tell from your photos what size yours are. If TSW will have logo on back of spoke I believe

Why don;t you take a wheel off and look on the inside for manufacturers name and part numbers ?
