I'm wanting some new steels. Ideally I'd like them black. I think 15"
Brickwerks: Mefro Steel Wheel - 6Jx15 ET30 5/112 66mm hole. Only come in silver so would need painting. Needs new nuts.
Trawling the web, it seems there may be alternatives on http://www.oponeo.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Alcar KFZ 9005 6J/15 ET37 5/112 66mm . These are intended for Mercedes (e.g Mercedes C-Class Sedan W203 (2000 - 2007) 200 CDI) which may give a clue as to the nuts required. Alcar are made in Switzerland and seem good quality from reading... but does anyone know? £42 with free delivery.
Magnetto Wheels MW R1-1016 5/112 66.6mm. £41
Or
MW R1-1371 6,00Jx15 5/112 66.6mm £51 Mercedes C-Class Coupe W203 (2001 - 2007).
I can't see much difference except £10
Does anyone want to warn me off any of these?
I'm tempted by Alcar with some Hankook RF10 207/70 all terrain tyres which I hope will slip onto my Atlantic (I think the Atlantic is factory-lowered so not clear to me yet how big I can go... one day I want to jack it back up)

Re: Steel wheel and tyre options
Seems like oponeo list lots of things they don't actually sell
The only available option at the moment seems to be Alcar KFZ 9005
Wheel size:6,50Jx15 PCD:5x112 Offset:37.00 Central Bore:66.6

I've failed to find out how to get specs for wheel nuts. For Mercs so probably ball rather than taper nuts but not sure if std t25 radius.
Now, if I assume 185/80 14" ET 39 is standard and had zero scrub radius originally, then this site shows the above rims fitted with 205/70 tyres fit with zero scrub radius.

Re: Steel wheel and tyre options
Have you considered a set of Merc rims (secondhand)? There are numerous options and a very useful guide on the Wiki. Sets always turn up on ebay and if you are prepared to wait a bargain can be had. Easy enough to get a set painted/powder coated black if you so wish. Just a thought
