replacing wheel studs

Post by scottbott »

just looked at the wiki and it says to knock the old ones out and fit replacements from behind, does anyone know if longer than standard studs can be done that way?,I have 70mm long replacements from Brickwerks and hope they can be done as per wiki, thanks

They should really be pressed in, winding them in with a nut is not recommended.

Get the hubs off and take them to a local car workshop - I'm sure they'll do it for a small donation to the coffee swindle.
