What tyre pressures ?

Do I need for 215-55-16 97W tyres on a T25 campervan.
As I haven't got a clue :?

I started with 30psi all round but settled @ 32 front, 34 rear

Use the pressures given on your plate.

would that only apply to the standard tyres that came with the van??

As I see it
The mass is the same
The volume is maybe only slightly lower as the tyre is wider.
temperature is faily constant

We're into Boyles law territory.

All vans have different weights. However, as a guide, the factory sticker/plate on my (heavy) Westy recommends 39psi on the fronts and 48psi on the rears, for 185 R 14 C PR tyres.

If you want to get tyre pressures absolutely right, use the chalk method. Search for chalk and tyre pressures on youtube.
