Mercedes wheel nuts.

Post by T3BUS »

Got a couple of steel wheels to stick on the back of the bus but from reading previous posts, it seems I might be advised to get R12 wheel nuts for the studs. I ran them using the R14s (OE VW wheel nuts) for a while, they don`t sit quite right and I`m just a bit worried about them coming off!
Please correct me if I`m talking gibberish
Anyone know where I can get some????????

Thanks folks

Yep I bought some on eBay, I'll root out the link once home. I'd say it's pretty important!

here you go:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/10-x-M14-x-1- ... Sw7ehXQtub

These are not the same seller i used (2 years ago) but i think theyre the same bolts.

for the rear, youll need NUTS, not bolts - if youre on stock hubs / threads at the back. but ask the seller for matching nuts.

i bought just 1 bolt first to check the fitment, then bought the remaining 9 for the front - probably wise to do so, just in case!

Thanks for that but I`ve got studs on the back. Did you remove these for your van?
