Tyre Choice

I've seen a set of alloys from a MK6 VW Golf with a dimension of 5 x112 17" 7.5J, they are at a very good price with nearly new tyres.

I currently have the standard 185 x 14 rated steel wheels on my T25.

Can someone tell me if I would be able to fit these straight over onto my bus please?

PS; I've looked at the wiki and it appears that they Might fit, but i need to be sure before I commit.

Thanks

Pretty sure you'd need to know the ET value to work out if you need spacers or longer studs, this would be to prevent any rubbing issues against sliding door when open or conversley rubbing against bits of suspension.

Like you state all on the wiki...or brickyard

That lady just saved you a whole world of grief. :D

As you probably guessed, your van weighs considerably more than a car. :D

:ok I'm just going to stick with the 185 standards and replace them in pairs.

There's a surprising choice of safe rims.
Steel or Alloy.
Asking here first will assure you that your money is not wasted on anything dangerous or just plain crap.
