Nankang tyres v Dunlop

Post by onc onc »

Well I fitted my new wheels (15 in Mefro's) with Nankang CW20 tyres. Anyone else tried these. I previously had Dunlop on the 14in steels but driving on the Dunlop Tyres was always a really harsh drive. The steering always felt heavy and any small humps or tiny potholes felt that the van was going to fall to bits. With the Nankang tyres it's lighter on the steering and the drive is nowhere near as harsh. What they perform like in the rain maybe another story though. Anyone else running Nankang's

Well after driving in wet conditions on the Nankangs I can honestly say that they are 100% better than those horrible Dunlop tyres that were absolutely useless. The van now feels and handles like a car and not a horse drawn cart on solid tyres.

Yep, I've used Nankang in the past - no issues at all. I'm on Michelins now but only because I got a deal for four for £120 the lot.

Now that is a deal and a half
120 for 4 Michelin. Are they new?

Never fitted tyres but two years old, so new old stock.
