I just bid and won a set of four bmw 15 " 5x120 7jx15 etc 35 deep dish retro style wheels .to be honest Iv got excited and bid when I actually don't have a clue what all the fitment numbers mean .yes I know I'm a idiot .any clue if Iv just wasted my money .no tyres either cheers guys :oops:

Wrong PCD. VW use 5 x 112mm (the circle that the stud centres sit upon)
ET (the offset) is too large too. At 7" wide you end up with ET20-25 on these vans before the tyre rubs on the top wishbone.

5 x 120 will fit a T5, and i've seen BMW alloys on those before (not sure if the exact ones you have).
Youcould resell to a T5 owner but generally they don't go for 15's (unless you find someone who prefers decent rubber over rubber bands on 22's - good luck

No worries lesson learnt .has anybody got any wheels for sale .I think Iv got hang of it now so as long as they are 5x112 they should fit .Cheers guys

Go up to the bloke at Highroadwell who fixes T2ss,he had a set of 4,like old mini alloys,can't remember the make,with tyres look really pretty about £225

Nope
They also have to have the correct ET, centre hole has to be big enough for the grease cap...and you'll need longer studs
For your own sake make sure they are rated to carry 2.5 tonnes

^^^ on a T3 this means 650kg per wheel, minimum
(Rear axle 1300kg)

Seller has let me cancel .Iv located some 15 " penta wheels from a guy who specializes in retro wheels
