Anyone with 17" Porsche Cup wheels? please help

Post by golf301 »

Hi all, I really want to fit a set of 17" Porsche cup wheels to my Blue star and I am wondering if anyone with these wheels can tell me what size adapters and what offset wheels they have please? There is that much info about wheel offsets on the forums but I just want to get it right 1st time. Thanks guys :-)

I've got these fitted to my Bluestar using 25mm adapters on the front and 20mm on the rear.
The side door just clears the wheel when opened.

all depends if you have copy wheels or genuine as the sizes are different and offsets , and what style you have as cup 1 wheels the centre spoke sticks out further than cup 2s and the turbo and twist styles , also its how you want your wheels to look in the arches , ie right to the end of the arch or slightly further in i prefer the full arches look as i run seriously big wheels under stock arches, so to do this you need to modify the sliding door hinge as well , do you want to alter the door hinge ? i have a set of spacers made up in 112 and 130 pcd in sizes 2mm, 4mm and 6mm so i can mock up the wheels in any combination before hand , this takes all the guess work out of ordering adapters as i can see exactly how it will look and any interference i may encounter ,

Hi, sorry to post about 2 years later... but where the cup wheels 5x112? did they only require adapters? and also did you have any issues with the hub size?

Thanks,

Ben
