Something to hold my cuppa and keep the front tidy

Post by TheTankEngine »

Just getting back into campervan ownership with a 1983 VT-20 Autosleeper which we got in May. It's already a part of the family.

One bugbear is a place to put my cuppa when i'm driving. I'm not sure I want to get a dashboard tidy (more plastic), and the space between the seats is crying out to be taken up with a cup holder/odds and ends receptacle that my wife and i could both use. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm quite tempted to make something out of wood but if there's something that is adoptable / adaptable and reasonably priced that anyone can recommend, i'd be grateful.

Hate to say it but you should not really be drinking a cuppa while driving, stop and have a brew / coffee, part of owning a T25 is taking life slowly :D

Methane makes you drowsy so it's understandable, but if you were to be drinking coffee while farting it would compensate but that's 6 points

Not quite suitable for a cup of tea but ok for water bottles and all the normal stuff in a van.
