Water filler flap lock

Post by asterix_the_gaul »

Hi all, trying to get my new to me camper ready to camp, the little square white flap on the side Of The bus covering the fresh water filler has a filing cabinet style Cam lock which is broken, looks like it's been opened with a screwdriver, it's not quite the same as standard Cam locks, anybody know of a source of replacements?

Yes, it is a short 13mm cam lock, I got one from Weston Body Hardware (used to be the Willmot Breeden factory) in Redditch.

Thanks for the replies, I've had the micrometer on the old one and looking at the spec drawings, the old one seems to be 11mm, I imagine a 13 will do just as well, might need to trim a bit off the locking arm which looks a bit long in compared to the plastic bit it's going to replace
