I refurbished the interior of my Karisma but the rear locker remains more or less as original. (The drawer you see on the left of the pic is the slide out drawer that is in the front overhead locker)

Hi Angelo

So that’s how it supposed to be , thanks a lot
mine is currently a blank storage area.
If I brake hard things fall out of it..

I also store my washing up liquid in the same pull
out draw.

Have you still got the tv fitted above the bulkhead ?

Thanks for your help
Neil

I ditched the tv a long time ago, apart from the large size, being analogue they would not work anyway. I have a small 10 inch LCD with freeview receiver installed.

The front overhead locker was opened out with just the two slide out end sections left in place. A low profile hinged panel stops anything from falling out. I can post a pic if it helps.

The TV came with a small mounting plate. Most small LCD TV's require no installation other than the normal requirements of an external aerial and a 12v socket or 240v mains socket reasonably close. Connect everything, switch tv on and set it to search for available channels.

My Karisma has a aerial socket in the front overhead locker (for the supplied black and white tv) and a second socket to connect the aerial and this is on the rear part of the high top over the luggage platform. The previous owners fitted a omni directional aerial over the front cab but it was analogue so I removed it. I bought a maxview aerial which I fit when on site and this mounts on the rear luggage rail and plug it into the socket on the rear of the roof.

The only thng you have to do ( if visiting different locations around the UK) is to re-scan the TV tor available TV channels and point the aerial in a partcular direction in weak signal areas.
