Aftermarket Heater Fueling

Post by mshaw1980 »

Hello

Just planning ahead for when I finally finish my bodywork :-)

If I buy a petrol fuelled heater can I take a feed by splicing in a t piece before the electronic fuel pump?? Or do you have a separate tank / fuel can for the heater?? Think I saw someone had on here a diesel heater with a fuel can in one of the rear light voids but not sure what approach to take.

Thanks

The only petrol ones that you can get will be Webasto ones - 2Kw unless you want to roast yourself with one of the 4 or 5Kw models. Eberspächer only do a 4Kw petrol.
Factory petrol Webastos are rare secondhand. PM me if you are interested in one of mine.

Yes, the feed must be taken from before any other pumps.
