Post by NPG264 »

Does anyone know where I could get a self inflating matteress for my 3/4 rock n roll bed - the form seats are too firm and need something to help!

We have tried a number of different ideas as we have the same issue. The best solution to date is two 40mm Sims so you can adjust the pressure to suit each side but the issue we have is the Sims are too wide and you get a bump in the middle.
I am thinking of cutting the Sims down on the width and re sealing but i am not brave enough to do that yet.
Lots of videos on YouTube that make it look easy.

I've been looking for one too, our new van has very uncomfortable seats. I've found one mat that is only 2cm wider than the bed which I'm hoping might work. Can't get hold of one for this weekend, so I'm going to take a couple of extra sleeping bags to put on top of the bed to sleep on.
If you think you can or you think you can't either way you'll be right

There is a cheap metal action sofa bed in our daughters room, the mattress about 4cm thick and the same width as our 3/4 r&r bed. And a single duvet cover fits snugly over it as a sheet for extra convenience.
