SE London Fridge servicing
Hi Guys,
Can anyone recommend a campervan specialist in SE London who can service my Electrolux RM 212 in an Autosleeper Trooper, works fine on 12v and 240v, but it's failing on gas (Will ignite but won't hold temp).
Anyone know anything?
Cheers

Hi,
Depends whereabouts in SE London you are.
Any Dometic ( used to be Electrolux) agent should be able to do it.

Do any of them hold temp in hot weather? Mines OK but when it hits top 20s C, forget it

Sounds like a partially blocked injector. Not that tricky to fix & there's plenty of info on the forum to help you out.

Cheers, had a read through already, unfortunately don't have the time, space or equipment to do myself.

Hi,
Your nearest is probably Songhurst Caravans in West Mailing, Kent
Can't find any Dometic agents in the south east. You could try telephoning them.
If no luck..... d I y.
PS Try the Auto Sleeper Club.

It seems there's nothing in London, very frustrating, might be something i'll have to do whilst on the road.

So, it appears you were right. I think the fridge was just overloaded and it was too hot. Went away just me and the partner this weekend used just the gas and worked fine. Even got some ice cubes out of it!

You got me thinking about mine and seeing whether I could make it work better. So far that's a no!
