Hi all, sadly I've had to cancel my first trip away in camper but have encouraged my wife to carry on and take our boys. We have booked a site with electric hookup but I just wanted to know what we can or can't use without draining battery. I'm assuming just the power from the domestic plug sockets in the van and the fridge. Be grateful to know if they can use the internal lights and cigarette socket for recharging iPods etc. On a hookup. It's an auto sleeper Hightop if that helps.
Cross I can't go away on maiden voyage, but work calls, grrrr

It depends what year your Autosleeper is, the early ones had no leisure battery & no means of charging the battery from the mains hook up so the battery could be quickly drained without running the engine regularly.

Rather than risk it, take a normal household charger and a bedside lamp.
Sussing anything else to give surefire advice will be too hard without seeing (and checking) your set up. Pics of your batteries at least may help some?
